Nutrition, without a food diary
Tell your coach what you ate — or send a photo of it — and it logs the meal with its macros. Targets come from your nutrition plan, and Today shows how the day is going against them.
Your training, sleep and nutrition, all connected — and rebuilt around the week you actually had.
It asks
Your coach interviews you — goals, history, what your week actually looks like, injuries — one question at a time, and decides for itself when it knows enough to begin. The only form is four facts a conversation collects badly: name, date of birth, gender, height.
What are you training for at the moment — is there a race or a date in mind, or is this about how you want to feel?
A 10k in October. I’d like to go under 45.
On your phone
Ten seconds in the morning and you know where you stand. The rest of the time it works without you.

A meal, a form check, a screenshot from a treadmill, a training programme someone gave you. Up to four attachments a message; your coach reads them and responds to what is actually there.
When the coach records a session, saves a check-in or updates what it remembers about you, it says so in the conversation. No silent writes to your own history.
Champ asks for a specific list of Health types and never writes a single sample back. Delete your account from inside the app and everything goes — your data, your history, and everything the coach remembered.
